We collect and use information for business purposes with respect to our insurance business with you.  All non-public personal information collected and maintained by us is used for specific business purposes enabling us to underwrite your policies, process your claims, ensure proper billing, service your policies and inform you of other products that may suit your needs.

• From you: Personal information you provide to us on applications or other forms.
• From claims processing: Personal information you provide to us, or which we obtain from other sources, in order to process the handling of an insurance claim.

• Consumer credit agencies:  Personal information about you that we may obtain from consumer reporting agencies,

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our consumers to anyone except as permitted by law.  However, we may share information about your policies with other insurance companies to better serve you and to assist in meeting your current product needs.  We may also disclose information when we believe it is necessary, to conduct our business to service your insurance needs.
